Instructor will guide students through three forms of Buddhist meditation that can easily be practiced in daily life to de-stress, connect with the present moment, and connect deeply with others. Through concentrative breath meditation, walking mindfulness meditation, and metta (loving-kindness) practice, this workshop will shift the way students expereince themselves and others. The evening will provide a basic overview to the meditations but will focus primarily on the practice.
