New York Yoga is a Yoga Alliance Registered training facility and this will be a comprehensive 200 hour training that will cover all of the requirements listed by Yoga Alliance for a 200 hour program.
There will be an emphasis on:

6) And anatomy for yoga teachers and practitioners.
From this students will be given effective tools to deepen their practice.
The course will also cover, effective methods for leading group and one-on-one sessions. Different teaching techniques reflect an understanding that different people learn in different ways. Understanding the different ways in which people learn will help you learn effective ways of communicating deeper meaning while leading practitioners through practice. This will also help you deepen your own understanding and practice.
