Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga is based on a set series of postures & vinyasas, starting with the standing sequence, followed by one of the four series that are commonly practiced, ending with closing postures.

Mysore Ashtanga is a traditional style of practice originally taught in Mysore India by the legendary Sri T.Krisnamacarya & made internationally renowned by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. In the Mysore room, students may arrive / leave at their own schedule and are taught individually and according to their specific needs.

Ashtanga can greatly deepen the meditative experience, heal and strengthen the body & develop a more profound understanding of the potential that yoga offers to each of us.

All levels are welcome.

Ashtanga Class Schedule*

Mysore Ashtanga(Self-Led)
Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur, Fri 7:30-9:15am with David Hollander

Ashtanga/Half Primary (Led)
Sat 2:50-4:05pm & Sun 11:35-12:50am with Tina Zymarakis

*Please note that Ashtanga classes are now being offered 7 days of week! During Mysore practice (Mon-Fri), students may arrive anytime until 8:30am.
