Kristin Comis


Kristin was first introduced to yoga in 1995 and has been practicing ever since. She holds a B.A. in Dance from Bard College. Her years working with the body’s form bring a rich understanding of movement and alignment to her yoga practice. Through her asana practice and the study of yogic texts she draws inspiration for teaching. A student of several styles of yoga, Kristin weaves different aspects of each into a playful and challenging vinyasa class. She encourages each student to safely cultivate the fullest expression of each asana maximizing the calming, centering and strengthening affects of the practice.

Kristin received her certification at New York Yoga in 2004.
