Cancellation of Unlimited Memberships
All cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days in advance of billing dates through the cancellation request form or by certified or registered mail. (UPS, FedEx, or other delivery services that provide tracking numbers are also acceptable.) Requests submitted via non-certified mail, e-mail, fax, etc will not be considered.
It is recommended that you reserve your space in advance, online. Classes cancelled less than 12 hours prior to their start time are not subject to a refund.
Unlimited memberships include UP TO 2 classes per day, total, at either studio
